"Approaching directing as someone who has been on both sides of the table, I am interested in creating a space where actors feel the power to explore their characters on a deep level and have fun making choices that serve the overall mission of the piece. I look forward to further exploring in my professional career what it means to be a female director, and how I can contribute to breaking down the power imbalance that we face in the rehearsal space."
